Answer: For, both MAC and PC, reinstall QuickTime. If the version of QuickTime on your Game Disc is older than QT 2.5 (Mac) or QT 2.11 (PC), you might want to download the latest version at Apple:

Another common problem is that the videos play too slow.

Well, for MAC's, you need to turn off any aplications that you're not using and shut off Virtual Memory.

For PC, make sure you have the latest video driver for your card. You can do this by contacting the manufacturer, or checking their website. Drivers should be available, there.

FOR BOTH MAC AND PC

Get a faster CD-Rom drive. The movies are played from the CD so if you have a slow CD, then playback is going to be slow.

No Sound

Answer: For MAC's, we recommend that you check to see that outgoing sound is turned on.

For the PC, it's always a driver thing. So, make sure you have the latest sound drivers for your card. You can do this by contacting the manufacturer, or checking their website. Drivers should be available, there.
