In the future,
after The Great War, man is divided into two camps: The
Elite, who control; and The Shants, who are controlled.
Deprived by the Elites of any human contact, The Shants
develop a time machine to take them back to a time when
love and affection are still legal. And that's where the
Lust Runner comes in. Working for The Elites, his assignment
is to stop The Shants from time traveling and messing up
the time-space continuum of mankind.
Easier said
than done, since time travel is the only way for The Shants
to get laid...and they haven't had any in a long time, so
nothing's gonna stop them!
